We proudly offer free returns and exchanges on all apparel for US orders, allowing you to try on our clothes in the comfort of your home, risk-free.
While we do accept returns from international locations, the customer will be responsible for any associated shipping costs.

We work very hard on reducing our footprint and carbon emissions. Therefore, if you change your mind or are unsatisfied with the item please contact us using the form below as we would like to offer you a better alternative than re-shipping the item back to our warehouse.
To start a return or an exchange, please contact us using the form below, or email firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns must be unworn or unused with hangtags attached and in its original packaging. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
