Express Shipping : 2 - 3 business days

   

We ship via DHL Express, UPS, and USPS. Paid shipping options for your location will be displayed at checkout, and you may choose what works best for your needs.

Please note customers outside the US may be responsible for additional customs taxes in accordance with the destination country's regulations. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Sakti Rising cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. We ship directly from our warehouse in Los Angeles to our customers around the world, cutting out any unnecessary additional shipping and the carbon impact associated with it. We support organizations such as One-Tree-Planted, which is committed to planting trees to re-forest sacred spaces such as the Amazon Forest.

 

 

We proudly offer free returns and exchanges on all apparel for US orders, allowing you to try on our clothes in the comfort of your home, risk-free.

While we do accept returns from international locations, the customer will be responsible for any associated shipping costs.

*We accept returns under the Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. Nevertheless, as an environmentally conscious company, we ask you to buy responsibly. We work very hard on reducing our footprint and carbon emissions. Therefore, if you change your mind or are unsatisfied with the item please contact us using the form below as we would like to offer you a better alternative than re-shipping the item back to our warehouse. 

  

To start a return or an exchange, please contact us using the form below, or email info@saktirising.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  

Returns must be unworn or unused with hangtags attached and in its original packaging. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
